RLI is a training and development opportunity aimed at newer members of Rotary who have or have shown leadership potential.

The focus is on providing a greater understanding of Rotary and its component parts as well as developing individual leadership skills.  There are three days of training spread over a twelve month period with some 'homework' in between.

The first group to graduate from RLI in District 9780 included Rtn. Graham Thomson from our own club.  Graham is to be congratulated on his achievement.  Rtn. Terry Thornton was a member of the second group of graduates in May 2010.
