The Rotary Leadership Institute
RLI is a training and development opportunity aimed at newer members of Rotary who have or have shown leadership potential.
The focus is on providing a greater understanding of Rotary and its component parts as well as developing individual leadership skills. There are three days of training spread over a twelve month period with some 'homework' in between.
Since it's introduction to our District, many members of The Rotary Club of Geelong East have graduated from the Rotary Leadership Institute.
